All financial transactions through our platform are handled by our payment services provider. We will share information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for processing payments, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries related to such payments and refunds.

5.  How We Process, Share, and Retain Your Photos, Videos, and Image Data

We process your photos and videos solely to provide the features of the Face Swap application that you choose to use. When you upload photos or videos to Face Swap, we utilize technology to identify data within the images, such as facial position, orientation, and topology (“Face Data”), along with other elements of your photo (collectively, “Image Data”). The following outlines how we process, share, and retain your photos, videos, and Image Data in connection with various features of the Face Swap app. Please note that we may retain your data for longer periods than specified below if required by law.

When you upload photos and videos for editing, we apply technology that generates Image Data. This processing occurs on servers hosted by Firebase Cloud Services. Your original photos, videos, and associated Image Data are temporarily stored on our servers during processing and are deleted immediately after the process is complete. We do not share your Face Data with third parties; our use of Face Data is strictly limited to processing within our own servers.

To perform face-swapping and AI generation, your photos are processed using models hosted on Replicate. The original photos and Image Data are temporarily stored on our Firebase servers during processing and are deleted immediately after the process is complete. We do not share your Face Data with third parties; our use of Face Data is strictly limited to processing within the Replicate and Firebase servers.


We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during processing. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete the processing tasks you have requested or as required by law. Face Data is deleted immediately after processing is complete.

Please be aware that deleting the Face Swap application from your device does not result in the deletion of your Face Swap account. To delete your account and associated data, please follow the account deletion procedures outlined within the app.

By using the Face Swap app, you consent to the processing, sharing, and retention of your photos, videos, and Image Data as described above.


6. International Data Transfers

Information we collect may be stored, processed, and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate to enable us to use the information in accordance with this policy. Information we collect may be transferred to countries that do not have data protection laws equivalent to those in force in the United States, including countries in Europe, Russia, Japan, China, Africa, and India. Personal information that you publish on our platform or submit for publication may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others. You expressly agree to the transfers of personal information described in this section.


7. Retaining Personal Information

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy unless a longer retention period is required by law. Personal information that we process for any purpose will not be kept longer than is necessary for that purpose. Data stored in the app or website may be lost unless the user performs a backup. You agree not to hold us responsible for the loss of any data.

Notwithstanding the above, we will retain personal data:

• If we believe the documents may be relevant to any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings.
